Your plans will become active only after you complete the activation process. Activate your plan using the link provided in your confirmation email. Until the plan is activated, you won’t be able to access any of the associated benefits.
You can access care by visiting any of our partnered hospitals. A list of hospitals can be found on our website at canopy.ng/hospitals
Your HMO ID is included in your activation email. If you can’t find it, you can contact our customer support team.
Once you activate your policy, a policy certificate is automatically generated and sent to you.
The benefits vary by plan, and a detailed list is available in the policy document provided to you after purchase. You can also view the benefits of your plans here.

You can’t seek care outside our provider network, and reimbursement may be subject to the terms outlined in their policy.
Once your policy is activated, you’re provided with a toll-free phone number to call or a link to start a chat with a customer support agent.

Plans are non-transferable.
You can initiate a renewal of your existing plan using this link on our website.
If your plan expires, you will need to renew it to continue accessing your benefits. Ensure you renew your plan subsequently so you don’t lose the benefits of your existing plan.
