When does my plan become active?

Your plans will become active only after you complete the activation process. Activate your plan using the link provided in your confirmation email. Until the plan is activated, you won’t be able to access any of the associated benefits.

How do I access care?

You can access care by visiting any of our partnered hospitals. A list of hospitals can be found on our website at canopy.ng/hospitals

How can I locate my HMO ID?

Your HMO ID is included in your activation email. If you can’t find it, you can contact our customer support team.

How can I get my Policy Certificate?

Once you activate your policy, a policy certificate is automatically generated and sent to you.

What are the benefits in my plan?

The benefits vary by plan, and a detailed list is available in the policy document provided to you after purchase. You can also view the benefits of your plans here.

What hospitals can I access?

You can access care at any hospital listed for their policy under the 'Hospitals' section. View this list on the manage policy portal


Can I access care outside of your hospital list and ask for a refund?

You can’t seek care outside our provider network, and reimbursement may be subject to the terms outlined in their policy.

How can I speak to a support agent?

Once your policy is activated, you’re provided with a toll-free phone number to call or a link to start a chat with a customer support agent.

How do I make claims?

You can initiate a claim on our website using this link.

Can someone else use my plan?

Plans are non-transferable.

How can I renew my plan?

You can initiate a renewal of your existing plan using this link on our website.

What happens if my plan expires?

If your plan expires, you will need to renew it to continue accessing your benefits. Ensure you renew your plan subsequently so you don’t lose the benefits of your existing plan.
